The Brief

Capture content that can be used in both the client’s and the agency’s communications about the event. The material should be versatile, visually engaging, and suitable for use across multiple channels, including social media and presentation decks.

From the agency’s perspective, the goal was to visually demonstrate how successfully the event brought the client’s new brand to life. For the client, the photos serve as an internal tool to show—at an early stage—how the new brand concept can be activated and experienced in a real-world setting.

Our Response

To meet the brief, I leaned into my signature visual style—bold use of color, strong contrast, and a focus on detail. The goal was to create content that felt visually striking and versatile, while still maintaining a sense of authenticity and atmosphere.

Even though the focus was on the environment and not individuals, I made sure to include a human element in the imagery. People appear subtly in the background or as part of the setting, adding life and context without revealing any confidential details. This approach allowed the content to feel warm and relatable, while still being clean, brand-safe, and adaptable across both the client’s and the event organizer’s communications.

The Results

The client and agency received a versatile set of images that captured the life and atmosphere of the event—without compromising confidentiality. The photos can be used across internal and external communications, for example social media and presentation decks. Thanks to the subtle human presence and strong visual style, the content felt both authentic and brand-safe, helping both parties communicate the event’s success with warmth and professionalism.
